To maintain our reputation for quality, we invest heavily in training, ensuring that all members of staff pursue a programme of regular maintenance and updating of their skills.

In order to ensure continuity in skill areas and to maintain the standards we set for ourselves, we also operate an acclaimed apprenticeship scheme which offers students a combination of sound practical and theoretical training at local colleges, backed up by appropriate and well-supervised “hands-on” experience at Group premises.

We maintain personnel records of over 3,500 qualified and skilled people, enabling us to source labour for any size of project.
